Everwell’s The 4 Pillars of Hormonal Health w/ Christine Skrypzak– Part 1: Nourish

The 4 Pillars of Hormonal Health is a series made up of (4) events designed to build off each other + it’s encouraged to register for the entire series.
In this (4) part series, hormone health expert, Christine Skrypzak, CPT CHHC AADP, of The Burn Method and Thrive 9, will take us on a hormone expedition that’s all about achieving optimal health for women ages 35+. Each session will focus on one key pillar: nutrition, sleep, movement, and balance – allowing us to understand the role each play as well as debunk myths and get practical tips + advice. Each session will also include an opportunity for Q+A as well as helpful homework that allows participants to practice some of our learning.
Session 1: Nourish
Christine will kick us off with a big picture introduction on female hormonal health, and why each pillar plays an important role. She’ll help us reframe how we think about nutrition as well as share her insight on what (3) tests can help you better understand your hormone function, the baseline holistic nutrition template, and bio-individual food experiment homework (to discover which food template your body thrives on).
