Everwell’s The 4 Pillars of Hormonal Health w/ Christine Skrypzak– Part 2: Sleep

The 4 Pillars of Hormonal Health is a series made up of (4) events designed to build off each other + it’s encouraged to register for the entire series.
In this (4) part series, hormone health expert, Christine Skrypzak, CPT CHHC AADP, of The Burn Method and Thrive 9, will take us on a hormone expedition that’s all about achieving optimal health for women ages 35+. Each session will focus on one key pillar: nutrition, sleep, movement, and balance – allowing us to understand the role each play as well as debunk myths and get practical tips + advice. Each session will also include an opportunity for Q+A as well as helpful homework that allows participants to practice some of our learning.
During Session 2–Sleep, we will focus on resetting one’s circadian rhythm and creating an evening sleep ritual.
