he 4 Pillars of Hormonal Health is a series made up of (4) events designed to build off each other + it’s encouraged to register for the entire series.
In this 4-part series, hormone health expert, Christine Skrypzak, CPT CHHC AADP, of The Burn Method and Thrive 9, will take us on an hormone expedition that’s all about achieving optimal health. Leading us through 4 sessions that are packed with relevant information for women (35 and older) and transformative tools, Christine will focus on the four pillars of hormonal health: nourishment, sleep, movement and balance.
Session 4–Balance, will be all about discovering a sustainable approach (with flexible freedom) when it comes to food, wine and chocolate! Christine will introduce the 90/10 Approach, which is about freeing yourself from the diet, restriction, and perfection mentality…forever!
