She is certified as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (aka Nutritionist) by the Nutritional Therapy Association and is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. She has helped clients at the Darien YMCA and in her private practice with digestive issues, autoimmune diseases, hormonal issues, blood sugar management and more. She also has developed and taught over seven successful weight loss programs and multiple health workshops at the Darien YMCA.
