Mindfulness and meditation allow us to choose how we relate to what we cannot control, to touch peace in the midst of stress and uncertainty.
Meditation and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a scientifically researched method to reduce physical and psychological suffering.
The purpose of meditation is not to stop the stress but to change our relationship to it; to meet it with equanimity and peace of mind.
This meditation session with Carrie Myers, MBSR and Mindfulness Teacher, Founder of Open Heart Mindfulness, will allow you to pause, notice reactions, destructive patterns and dwelling on the “what if’s” in order live life more fully in the present moment.
