Meditation Basics w/ Grounded Meditation

Meditation is not a ‘one size fits all’ experience. Whether you like to be led through the entire session, or prefer little direction, this workshop will take you through four types of meditation: progressive muscle relaxation to settle the body, then mindfulness, mantra, and loving kindness meditations.
We’re thrilled to welcome Grounded Meditation’s Diane Nickelberg-Barnett + Catherine Barrett to guide us through an hour of calming meditation to center ourselves at the day’s end. Join us to discover which method you gravitate towards and reap the many benefits of meditation, like better sleep, less anxiety and greater clarity and focus.

Owner and founder of Grounded Meditation, Diane Nickelberg-Barnett, holds multiple certifications in teaching meditation and yoga, including Mindfulness Meditation; Sound Healing; Dancing Mindfulness; Corporate and Restorative Yoga and Pranayama (breath work).
