Summer Salad Cooking Series at HAYVN–Learn a British Classic & Take Home Dinner!

Join Carolyn Eddie – our fab HAVYN caterer – for a fun cooking demo/workshop.

You’ll learn how to make Coronation Chicken with Mango Salsa

A dish invented for Queen Elizabeth II, coronation chicken is a classic sandwich filling in the U.K. A curried chicken with mango chutney, it also works well as a salad, and is delicious paired with a fresh mango salsa. Serve with crusty bread, or pile onto endive or other small lettuce cups.

We will also make a classic green salad with oranges, beets and almonds with a citrus dressing.

At the end of the workshop you’ll be able to to take dinner home!
