SUMMER SOLSTICE GUIDED NATURE WALK

In honor of the Summer Solstice, we invite you to experience the beauty of nature with a forest bathing experience in the DCA’s Bird Sanctuary and Nature Trail. Led by Sue Smith, a Certified Forest Therapy Guide with the ANFT, this guided nature walk is a sensory-opening experience offering serenity, stress reduction and the opportunity to deepen our relationship with the natural world.
