SUMMER SOLSTICE YOGA

On the International Day of Yoga, enjoy a special Summer Solstice yoga class as we celebrate the vibrant energy and light of the sun and turn inward to honor the light within us. We will set our intentions, move to welcome the arrival of summer and awaken our spirit to the new season. Class will be outside in the garden or nature trail (weather permitting).
