We’ll then ease into an extended savasana\, where Gabby will guide a 20-minute sound meditation using her crystal alchemy bowls. Each bowl is infused with precious minerals and tuned to specific frequencies\, offering a deeply immersive\, vibrational experience that works to soothe the nervous system\, quiet the mind\, and restore energetic balance. You’ll leave feeling grounded\, clear\, and deeply replenished.
