Join the Palmer’s Team as a Human Resources Intern and gain invaluable experience in the world of HR. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our HR Manager, participating in various aspects of the employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment efforts, supporting the employee onboarding processes, and helping new hires acclimate to our company culture and procedures. In addition to HR-specific tasks, you’ll also have the opportunity to engage in general office support activities, including data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records. Throughout your internship, you’ll have the chance to learn about HR policies, gain exposure to HRIS systems, and contribute to special projects as needed. This hands-on experience will provide you with a well-rounded understanding of both HR functions and the broader operations of an office environment.
