“Visions of Healing – Creative Words & Healing Heart” is a gentle and enriching workshop that combines guided meditation with Mindful Art as a gentle path to self-discovery and healing. It invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and create with presence.
In “Creative Words & Healing Heart,” we will start our creative journey with soul-stirring verses—poems, quotes, or phrases that speak to the heart. These words become seeds for intentional expression, opening emotional gateways and offering space for release, reflection, and renewal.
No artistic experience is needed—only a willingness to explore. This is a sacred space where imperfections are embraced, emotions find their shape, and transformation unfolds through color, word, and compassionate awareness.
Arrive with an open heart, create what you feel, and leave with your spirit gently renewed.
