KiiN Sauna is popping up at Pvolve Darien! KiiN Sauna is a mobile Nordic sauna and cold plunge experience designed to support recovery, reduce stress, and reset your body through contrast therapy. It’s equal parts restorative and energizing—and unlike anything we’ve hosted before.
On March 28th, the sauna will be stationed just outside Pvolve Darien, creating a unique, immersive experience right at the studio. Come take class with us at Pvolve Darien on Saturday morning and finish off with a sauna experience!
We are offering a very limited number of sessions, with a maximum of 8 participants per session to preserve the integrity of the experience.
If you’ve been curious about wood-burning saunas or cold plunging—or looking to elevate your recovery and overall wellness routine—this is your moment.
