Salt Cave of Darien: Meditation and Energy Healing Through the Seven Chakras

Over the course of this event, Diane will guide you through a detailed exploration of your seven chakras (energy centers) interspersed with visualization exercises meant to acquaint you with your best self. With a clearer picture of their ideal life and a hands-on introduction to the benefits of meditation and reiki, Diane hopes to empower participants to develop their own practices at home. Chakra Insight Cards will be drawn for each participant as a tool to inspire introspection.
