What You’ll Do:
As a Retail Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our boutique—welcoming clients, ensuring our store feels like a second home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers warmly and create a personalized shopping experience
- Building lasting customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Managing sales transactions using our POS system
- Helping merchandise and restock the floor with incoming consignment pieces
- Keeping the boutique tidy, organized, and visually appealing
- Supporting special events, seasonal promotions, and social media initiatives
- Contributing ideas to enhance customer experience and store operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for fashion, styling, and sustainability
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced boutique environment
- Reliable and available to work 14 – 21 hours per week
- Local knowledge of Darien and the surrounding communities is a plus
