Scholars Lecture Featuring Dayton Duncan

The Mather Homestead is honored to welcome Dayton Duncan to the Elizabeth W. Chilton Education Center for our scholars lecture. Duncan is an award-winning writer and documentary filmmaker. He wrote the series “The National Parks: America’s Best Idea” which he produced with Ken Burns. This six-episode series won two Emmy awards – for outstanding nonfiction series and outstanding writing for nonfiction programming. This is a most certainly a “ Mather Don’t Miss Event!”
