Grieb's is open for delivery only. No walk ins. Please follow the steps below and we will be happy to service your needs: 1. Please call us (203) 655-1000, use our app (My Community Pharmacy) or email us your prescription refill requests. Requests can be sent to email@example.com. Please provide your name, address, refill number, and cell phone number should we need to contact you. If you do not have an account with us, please provide credit card information as well. We can no longer accept cash or checks upon delivery. 2. If your doctor sends your prescription to us electronically or calls it in, we will call you or text you to ask if you need anything added to your order before we deliver. If you are unsure if the phone number in our records is accurate, please call or email to update. 3. All Narcotic prescription deliveries will need a front door delivery. We will call or text ahead to make sure you are home, and our driver will wait to ensure the prescription is brought into your house upon delivery. 4. All over the counter products can be ordered by calling our store and asking to speak to our out front staff. Alternatively, again you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. 5. Customers that have been given a written prescription by their doctor, may send a picture of their prescription to the previously mentioned email. Next, the customer should place the prescription hard copy in their mailbox, or other specified area, for the driver to exchange with the prescription medicine upon delivery. If you do not have access to an email account please call the store and we can make other arrangements. We are very happy that Grieb’s has been able to continue delivering over 200 same day orders to our wonderful, loyal customers. With the addition of over a dozen drivers and the costs associated with such, even with this number of deliveries, we regrettably just can’t sustain deliveries at these lower delivery fees. For this reason, starting Wednesday, April 1st, the local Darien delivery charge will now be $5 and out of Darien will change to $10. We have many gifts, children’s toys, games, Easter goodies, household items and other over the counter items that we would be happy to deliver to you. Just let us know! In the next several days, we plan to post daily, our fun variety of in-store products that unfortunately no one can see! Now that most everyone is home with their families staying safe, mornings are slower at Grieb’s. In an attempt to curb costs, we are temporarily changing Grieb’s store hours. Starting tomorrow, March 31st, Grieb’s operating hours will be: Monday-Friday 8:30-6, Saturday 9-4 and Sunday 10-2. Thank you to all our customers for your patience and continued support!

Healthcare Navigation, LLC
We are writing to assure you that we are all working remotely and available. Please know that the security of client information is always a top concern of ours, and all company computers operate with WatchGuard VPN encryption no matter where we do business, including temporary home offices. All company numbers are forwarded to password protected applications on cell phones so our staff can continue to communicate with you securely. We have taken these steps over the years to not only protect your information, but to ensure we can continue to operate through blizzards, hurricanes, transit shut downs, and now, voluntary isolation. Phone response times at health insurance companies remain fairly consistent. However, all Social Security offices are closed beginning Tuesday, March 17th so please factor that in to your plans if you are enrolling soon in Medicare Part A and/or B. Making an in-person appointment or personally dropping off Special Enrollment Forms for Medicare Part B are no longer options. People may need even more help navigating a transition in coverage, dealing with medical coverage issues and making arrangements for prescription refills to be delivered during these unusual times. Please keep us in mind for anyone who might benefit from our support. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us and take good care. Thank you, Maura Carley, MPH, CIC Founder and President Author, Health Insurance: Navigating Traps and Gaps www.healthcarenavigation.com
